So, Gazprom is not involved in any rights ownership in Israel currently.

This concept could explain a lot about Zion's conduct since drilling MJ02. For the same reasons they do not want to release the 3D Data; there is no way in the world that Zion wants anyone to know what they are currently looking at until they position themselves to retain what they have found.
