Interesting take....When you say "hostile bid" are you saying an offer Mark and team cannot refuse? Would we not have any say in the matter? Let's say someone like Bill Gates, Musk, Buffett ect came in at $10 bucks a share buyout that would be hard to turn down even though I see $NIOCORP being $30+ bucks a share in 2026 IMO.

I assume any hostile Bid would be subject to shareholders' approval, and not just Board approval, and it would be important for everyone to stick together and oppose the hostile Bid if it is too low, i.e. unreasonable. I suppose some might tender their shares at an inferior price if it were to come in the form of a Tender offer, but I will not, and I have to believe a majority of the shareholders here understand what we own here.
