I'm not sure where you found the number for 40 beds currently. Their statements regarding beds is very inconsistent in the previous press releases concerning beds as I have detailed in my previous post. How would they only have 40 now if they temporarily moved staff out of their offices to make room for more beds. The number indicated in the March 3rd press release was a total of 46 beds if you believe that they added 4 to the previous count of 42 in February.

Bed count means little for this very expensive business model other than it gives the perception of growth between press releases if no one revisits the counts in the previous press releases. They have managed to continue this story for two years now, so how long would you guess it will take for the additional beds on another property assuming that they can find the financing and the debt doesn't sink them first. They had something like 154 beds at the previous ARIA facility that failed and closed in January 2020.
