The fact of the matter is, it would be nice if they were unresticted and registered, but the OTC is the Big Casino and people playing in it don't give a rats ass as long as the stock is moving up. I have seen numerous POS stocks move up big just on momentum. They are attracted by the movement, jump on and jump off. If enough put their money down, it can run for some time. I am counting on that here eventually. Something will trigger it. I have confidence. When it happens, I feel I am now positioned well to profit from it.
