There is a contradiction in the list of
O/S you post and what is stated in the
current Disclosure Statement.

On PG 7 it states that 2,196,567,565
common shares were issued to
CAREBOURN CAPITAL LP for a
Debt conversion - on 1.2.22.
This increase in CGAC shares is
not showing in your list.

Your list states that the O/S on

which is way off from what is stated in
