Can Jason buyback his shares without reporting it to the 5 percent ownership? I know you said noteholders can but isn’t a shareholder now?

On the flip side - Adam Frank pulled everything together brilliantly to get $OMID where it is. Definitely worth holding long and snapping up cheap shares from impatient sellers and/or any unrestricted legacy holders. Shares in stronger hands right? We know what we own here unlike 95% of the garbage pinks. I am long and strong here…
