I forgot to note the Median value which is 29.5 for diversified portfolios.

Here's what another market risk indicator is showing:



It's a similar profile to the v-Wave but is dependent upon other data. Having two sources of evaluation gives some credit to the market risk assessment and in this case both are at or near their median levels.
