Evidently, you are on TD Ameritrade. That is the only brokerage that NSAV does not trade freely on because it says there is a DTC Chill on it, which NSAV says there is not. Get an ETrade account. I have had NSAV shares since 2011 and never had a problem with it. You can also pay the transfer agent to unrestrict them for a fee of about $500. There are no red flags about NSAV as far as I am concerned and there are plenty of people with millions of shares that do not have a problem trading them. Look too at the sizes of the larger trades. They are millions of shares. Back on August 9, about 500 million were traded. I don't believe any of those people had a problem. I thought you were talking about the restricted shares. That is another issue.

Do some DD and you’ll find out that TD Ameraturd is not penny friendly. They have a ban on numerous penny stocks and if you don’t want to make money stay with them.
Open an E trade account and that bullshit won’t happen.

NSAV is not DTC compliant, never has been. TDA won't trade it for that reason. That was a JT choice, and it remains that way. There will never be an uplist until they become DTC compliant.
