Derivative liabilities are initially measured at fair value and subsequently stated at fair value, with any resultant gains or losses recognized in profit or loss. The company has loans that are convertible stock. PPS goes up, liabilty goes up (on paper). Opposite is also true.

The company had positive cash flow of around 5 million this quarter. It beat revenue estimate. It sold 10% more than avg sales in CO. The eps is convoluted mess.
All the big companies, including VRNOF, CURLF , GTBIF and TCNNF have stumbled this quarter. And all these big companies focus on ebidta model.
