We went over this many times. No volume, no way out as SIPC goes to trips in a blink if bag holders try to sell. The two guys with the PR machine had nothing that worked in a very long time.

Bag holders at the exits for any BS PR that works, but nothing does. Nothing worked on the past 4 PRs as no one believes the BS any longer.
