The debt should be cleared. It's a perfectly good shell. It was cleaned up; which means money was spent. I can't imagine it was cleaned up to dilute. They filed all the proper documents just recently on 02/14/22.

Hopefully, they file or filed.

I'm just as confused as the next person.
