A bit of good news…. The basic filings as of

3/31/2022 were released on 5/19…. So far I just

quickly skimmed through them and it appears that

Wilton is becoming more involved, slowly but surely

4 new directors were put on board, all from the parent

company…. Wilton group…. It appears….

sooner or later … James tilton will be on his way out

and Wilton in total control
