100% agree. You nailed it. This is exactly what’s going on rn. I have repeatedly let Armen know what possible situations might happen if they don’t have immediate M/A plans in place right after the uplist. He knows this very clearly and he has been personally following more than 30 companies that were uplisted from OTC. Now the ONLY question is how can they relay this message very clearly to retail investors without violating SEC quiet period rules so they can start getting the ball rolling to the uplist, instead of getting stuck at this price.
