HPNN probably bankrupt, so Petey probably is funneling all cash/money/loans to his private company. When he goes to prison, he won't be able to run anything, except the prison soap-dropping concession.
He doesn't care about HPNN shareholder, since he is not a shareholder. Petey is not even willing to own any HPNN shares....says a lot for his confidence in the ailing HPNN.
Apparently he is still hiding from all those lawyers and process servers, based on some comments I saw on his stock promotion page. At least they know where he will be on June 17th at 1:30 p.m. Cali time - at Riverside Superior Criminal Court. And the court has live-streaming of these criminal cases.
