$MJWL - correct, I was reading the Canadian assertions. SEC was not involved.

That aside, I've seen that if a CEO needs to spend a lot of time with a regulator (any of them) that they will be offered the opportunity to step down, rather than keep the stock/company in limbo. I've seen that before with the SEC, then the SEC investigation will continue regarding the now "former" CEO but the company can continue under new leadership.

During this period, the SEC doesn't bar them from having contact, they just don't want them to be responsible for filings, etc while they investigate.

So maybe the same thing happens here. CE needs to be removed or we'll likely be stuck for awhile. Sorry about the "SEC" statement.

I do know that once this begins with OTC Mkts, they are not very fast at getting these things resolved so we might have a wait.

We have only seen the Canadian documents so far. That by no means proves SEC is not involved at this point.
