My opinion is he should not say "may" without providing any opinion from a legal expect as the sector rights belong to Qualcomm who paid 40 million for them. It even states those rights on GestureTek web site.


It's my view he is trying to milk the aquisition as much as he can and if some idea pops in his head he throws it out there recklessly. He wrote on the blog this

Reckless and it happens because he plugs, promotes, which is fine, but at times he is over anxious, drops his guard, fluffs, misleads, straddles the line in pursuit of a convincing message.


In the end he has way too much on his plate to be talking about workingt other sectors, have to walk, before you can fly. He has to get funding to see if he can work the sectors we know he can work in.
