Legal battles take a lot of time and energy. People say that management can do more than one thing at a time. History does not bear that out. Maybe there are REAL advances going on privately. If so, they should make that known. In the past people were chastised for criticizing Wade and VCSY. Criticisms that turned out to be completely valid.
I think a healthy dose of skepticism is in order here, lest you repeat the failing of the mindless automatons that accepted Wade's behavior and gave us this mess
