it all comes down to whether there is a massive naked short here or not.

if there is one PDIV can acquire GNCP in a stock for assets swap. they then run PDIV based on the lithium hype. GNCP can sell some of the PDIV shares and announce a massive buyback. the rest of the PDIV shares are given to the GNCP s/hs in a dividend causing a tighter short squeeze. PDIV sells their remaining shares in the squeeze. PDIV share price goes up based on the massive cash infusion the squeeze creates. shareholders of both GNCP AND PDIV live happily ever after. ron & co are looked at as OTC icons.
