Yes, and thanks for being patient with my draconian scenario after digesting bad news. Happy that the market agrees with your take as to the limited downside thus far.
I hope they don't take that on that square footage with the sublet assumption, since that might be a cyclically tough time to be subleasing that kind of space (it might be the case that bio sublet square footage is plentiful), but again, this is obviously just an aside and just a curious observation.
