AMEX filed for garnishment yesterday (5/24/2022) for a $23K judgement they received back in 2019 but have not been able to collect. I have been saying this all alone. Ballas is a smooth criminal. He doesn't own any real estate (rents condos instead) so creditors cant put a lien on his real estate. Chase, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, etc., have been for years trying to collect judgements but he has no real assets. This is why you won't see any appreciable income from UBQU as it would already be garnished by his creditors. UBQU is, and will always be, just a share selling ATM for Ballas. He hoards his millions in off shore accounts.

Many years ago, Facebook, under Page Transparency, will tell you the location of the host for a particular FB page. Back then Cannazall FB page was being hosted/operated from Jamaica.
