How is he to pay for the merger? Basically people say that after a merger this company will be worth multi-billion dollars, if that is the case how can they afford to merge the company in with already 4B in the O/S and a large amount of preferred shares issued?
No one ever wants to explain things like this, if you have a lithium mining operation that is worth billions as people are claiming, why give it away to 4B shares plus all the preferred shares and get nothing in return?
There are plenty of cleaner shells out there where the O/S is clean, no preferred shares issued and so on, so why would a billion dollar company want to merge in here unless they planned to split commons to zero
