IMHO, the first dilution was to clean debt. This one to pay either the PR or company they are working with. Again MO, why would a shell need a bunch of cash? Time will tell. Have a good day!

hoping it was a one time thing-- if you notice- it came with the pr- IMO it was their funding-- have been keeping watch on the OS daily-- its the first increase since 1/31-- time will tell. IMO the increase all traded today!
