Yes, normally the CEO informs investors which MM is filing the 211 - but the convoluted nonsense being posted about CCTL having to file a 211 is more pinkyland wishful thinking but not close to being accurate as I have proven with facts. And the example of BHLL was hilarious - if there had been any research before posting the person would have know BHLL had been suspended by the SEC and that does require a MM to file a 211 for the company.
It is pretty easy to see why OTC investors lose money. They believe all of the hype and ignore the facts.
