Calkins are out for one which is priceless. Pacel doesn't have to pay his legal fees. Also when you look at their last 10Q they were almost break even. Without Dave Calkins handovers Pacel should be profitable... IMHO Gotta wait for next 10Q unless they care to issue some PR before...
