Problem is, the foundation isn't solid and it's faultiness is showing with each elongated timeline.

SSM Industries...

Polartec...

website "in the coming weeks."

To name a few.

Remember this is a company focused on allowing its solid foundation to carry it through to sustainability in the form of Spider Silk commercialization.

I am presenting a few ideas in the next few paragraphs. I may be too far out in left field but I may not be. I would appreciate some comments from you posters to tell me if my idea is possible or not. You want hurt my feelings.

I can see KBLB with it's proprietary spider silk dominating certain industries like medical, etc because there want be another company that can match the material created by KBLB upon request with certain specifications.

But, using KBLB silk for outer wear and other type garmets is another ball game with much lower margins and heavy requirement for tonnage to meet demand. This type silk has to be exposed to outside companies for different processes.

I can see where some pure spider silk and I mean pure for medical applications and other high tech applications where 100 kilos would sell for more than 20 tons of Spydasilk for clothing. This minimum amount of silk would be highly specialized, no room for genetic error with simply no detected flaws of any kind.

KBLB has the capability to produce this ultimate material alone. This material would be created in the KBLB lab environment, with no process being done outside.

Because of security this material never touches the outside world in any way from egg to finished product.

Their could be different lines of similar highly classified products requested by different industries. All of these highly classified products are produced strictly in house.
