It sounds like the shareholders are being trumped again by the Silent Period. Every time Jay dangles a carrot during the conference call he says they can’t discuss it any further due to “legal restrictions limiting what we can discuss “

Maybe that’s why they got rid of Ms Mars, she couldn’t stay quiet for an extended period unlike Jay who has no problem staying silent for going on two years.
