BECAUSE THE COMPANY/BROKER THAT DID THE OFFERING DOESNT PLAY BY THE RULES AND shorted IT BELOW .55 and will pocket the difference ON RUN OVER .55.....and this is a nasdaq company??? WOW
does my opinion make sense?

only answer i can come up with is....maxim is shorting to below .55 and will pocket difference as they have the shares to cover....45 cents is ludicrous right now :(
