Thank You for the reply and stating clearly on your position and reasoning. Experiences with different things in life sure does make one more confident in the decisions they may make. This detailed explanation sure does help my thought process that the decision to hold is possibly the right one.

I have always been one that once I make a decision I "own it" and if it does not go the way I thought it would "well shame on me" and not place blame on anyone else.

As Forrest Gump momma said “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get". For some reason unknown to me I believe in this thing and from the get go knew this was going to take time to develop-- How long, who knows but not ready to throw the towel in yet. Guess only time will tell so will evaluate at years end, but one thing for sure I am not going to blame anyone but myself.

Kuskuk I agree with the offering takes time but like I said I’ve looked up many other companies with offering they all have correspondence within 45 days Xall have been 90 days with none that tells me either Nash is not responding to the sec or the sec has some major issues with xalles . Imo Nash will withdraw the A-1 and sting investors along for a couple more years to dump share to pay debt he’ll take this to trips max out authorities share and tell some more acquisition stores .
