Firstly they won't dilute to the max. If they dilute, let's say, 3x, then it's nothing, we'll be up 10x-20x before no time, no one here will be underwater very long. I see Mona's getting hurt by possible dilution, loosing voting power etc. but little guys will recover.
I'm holding a lot of shares and I'm not afraid about them diluting some if it gets them to Nasdaq.
PS! And reverse split, this is something that I absolutely don't fear. It's not licencse to pring money (short) if you have fundamentally good and undervalued company. And we are fundamentally "good" when the regulations will arrive and we have funds to execute on our plans. Products are actually great, especially Calm & Sleep. Not mentioning Pharma side, it's not zero value asset as some want you to think.
