Well they did post the Q1 on time and that was required to get the opinion letter from SEC council. There has also been undeniable accumulation going on which has always been the pattern beforre big runs. The big thing is if the Opinion letter gets posted in a reasonable period of time and if they start by putting out news again following that which has not happened in a long time but is supposedly will after the Opinion.
