They both have rights to use the technology that they've developed together. I've seen it worded that way before I'm more than one occasion where there's a statement saying exxonmobils mcfc technology or Exxon mobils fuel cell technology simply because they are developing it together in a partnership. Fuel Cell Energy owns more than 90% of the patents unfortunately I don't have a link or documentation to validate that but I have the utmost confidence that's accurate I just don't know what the exact number is if somebody else wants to do their diligence feel welcome and go ahead and prove me wrong if you're up to it. Those who would simply come back with a comment saying I'm making things up have nothing I'm interested in hearing anyone. I know not neither diligence do not have rationale in links to support their opinions and always stay things for factually and accurate in one form or another other biomision or addition. In my opinion ExxonMobil does not want to own a fuel cell company. And if they did they would have already bought it under $3. They've known this technology works and has tremendous potential for The last 5 years. Jason few has played this thing perfectly. Note Exxon Mobil paid $10 million dollars for a non-exclusive agreement in June of 2019. Which was awesome for fuel cell because that meant they could work with anyone they wanted to. Which motivated Exxon to promptly do an point development agreement for six times and money within several months. That agreement has been in process for over two and a half years and was just extended till the end of this year. They've been working together for over 10 years on this technology. The video I've posted numerous times for 2016 identifies their experience and confidence with the product. Since then they have increased the efficiency and brought down the cost. Now they're just waiting until there's enough carbon credits to make it worth their while to move to the commercialization stage. As I say tick tock

License Agreement with EMRE

EMRE and FuelCell Energy began working together in 2016 under an initial joint development agreement with a focus on better understanding the fundamental science behind carbonate fuel cells for use in advanced applications and specificallyhow to increase efficiency in separating and concentrating carbon dioxide from the exhaust of natural gas-fueled powergeneration.

In June 2019, we entered into a license agreement with EMRE to facilitate the further development of our SureSource CaptureTM product (the “EMRE License Agreement”). Pursuant to the EMRE License Agreement, the Company granted EMRE and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully-paid, perpetual, irrevocable, non-transferable license and right to use our patents, data, know-how, improvements, equipment designs, methods, processes and the like to the extent it is useful to research, develop and commercially exploit carbonate fuel cells in applications in which the fuel cells concentrate carbon dioxide from industrial and power sources and for any other purpose attendant thereto or associated therewith, in exchange for a $10 million payment.
