Alex sold shares for his intent to in future maybe produce products by an undisclosed separate entity / 3rd party with unknown history / unknown costs at a much later date.
I challenge you to try to find the business (hint: look at ups store; same address listed on otc markets site….. also seems like he’s switch suites in same location a few times without maintaining a suite / room)
The more you search without bias, the more this clearly looks like a serial scammer / or if giving benefit of doubt, a horribly incompetent entrepreneur with an extremely poor track record
