I kind of disagree gdog. I think that Chuck could handle a BOD. Musk does, Buffett has for years. I definitely think that Chuck is good enough to negotiate his way through NLST with a BOD in place. And upgrading would bring in lots of new investors with lots of new, and old, cash. And, maybe even a judge will see popular NLST really is with more eyes on it.
