There's no marijuana...not now...not ever. Eddie has been pulling this scam for years.
All he ever does is sign Letters of Intent (LOI's), Memorandums of Understanding (MOU's), Joint Ventures (JV's)... then immediately sets about pumping the daylights out of them. So how many of these "forward looking statements" actually come to pass as projected? Non that I can see.
IMO that's because the deals Eddie "Safe Harbor" Vakser signs apparently all have an escape clause for him. As with his investors he promises his new partners the moon but included a contingency that says if he doesn't deliver on his end the deal dissolves and they can keep anything he has invested with them (which is apparently nothing).
That's how the con works. Eddie "signs stuff"... pumps them as "done deals"... if one manages to spark a run it's short lived because he and his cronies can't resist dumping and skipping off with the cash.
It's best to contact PBHG's "marijuana partners" to confirm there actually is a valid, active, legal partnership before before blindly repeating the claims of this CEO.
