I understand where they report--if they want to remain current on their OTC tier, they do have to report, and yes, there is an OTC Late Filing Notification:

I'm more concerned with their apparent silence, including their default status in Nevada...

I also understand they probably don't give a hoot about OTC market made up tiers---and legacy shareholders most likely don't mean squat which is the real wild card here...
