That S-4 filing might be both the most comical, and the most epically sad filing ever!
It literally calls out their own head guy as an immoral, unethical, lying, crooked turd. I can only imagine the boardroom meeting as they discuss how to word the filing so that the morbidly obese orange clown can legally be held to absolutely nothing he says or does.
