You’re mistaking patience for the abject absence of options. It’s actually the exact same thing as asking a woman out at a bar, she says “hell no” and leaves, and you are “waiting” for her to return and change her mind and claiming no one can prove she won’t.
It’s over and there is nothing anyone can do about it. You don’t “forfeit” shares for tax purposes. Who told you this? The shares LITERALLY CANNOT BE BUDGED. So much misinformation and stupidity.
