I agree... there has to be a reason why they keep letting deadlines pass for the Iliad note even tho it just keeps adding to the balance. And now we have these "Standstill Periods" that are adding as well. If they weren't planning to do something about this then WHY keep letting it grow bigger!... Then eventually having to let them start converting again anyway. WTF!?!?
Mark my words- one day soon we will get the news that the convertible debt is gone (whether that be refinanced conventionally or flat out paid). In my opinion this is the ONLY issue holding this stock back. It is a BIG deal that they have gone through all the work to become SEC reporting. If they were gonna just continue to be a stinky scamming OTC stock they would not have done this and they wouldn't be working so hard to keep from having more shares converted.
I'm still sick and tired of f@#$ing waiting just like everyone else and will probably start offloading a few if they don't say something worthwhile on the call today.
