Judges don’t sign off on things based on conspiracy theories. She’ll sign off when she feels there is no threat of appeal. She will make doubly sure there is no chance she looks bad later.
For obvious reasons she isn’t giving much consideration to speeding things up in case it will trigger activity in a company clearly liquidated 4 years ago. I’d love to see that question asked somehow. So unbelievably dumb.
The former company has no money - physically & factually, it is dead. The insurance company is paying the bill for the class action and they're not happy...
