No offense but a lot of this stuff is just intellectual mumbo jumbo to say that a CEO can't manipulate the price of his stock through lying. He tried to avoid ever directly saying GenViro existed but he clearly implied that it was about to be ready for mass production, and the message board stuff put it all over the line.
Basically, Berman would have to try and show that the information placed in the PR was not untrue, which is where the hilarity of it all comes into play.
