Is the Michael Nugent who was brought back on board to prove how legitimate they are the same Michael Nugent who was charged in Australia? I am wanting to clarify this because if he was convicted or was it a non-criminal charge? The distinction is important (although it does not change ones lacking of moral authority it only changes the scope of the charges and decision) because as a member of the TTCM management team it is important to determine. Assim already of suspicious character when he was brought on board, would then make it two questionable management decisions if this is the case. Please clarify. Thank you.
