there's some delusions being discussed in your posts.

the capital structure of MJWL is enough to keep it from the nasdaq - even Chong stated himself that they would need to full dilute the preferred Bs and then do a reverse split to even sniff the nasdaq.

No serious investor is taking Majic serious - and this latest ordeal might be the nail in the coffin unless they get rid of Chong and anyone else involved.
