If Sánchez uses GQC for a merger then it will have to be a equity play and that means dilution.

We know that Sanchez didn't do a reverse merger because it wasn't on the FINRA Daily List.

There has been transparency - when Omnis acquired the Preferred share from Krisa - we still don't know what was paid for the Preferred share.
