Bill Martin was/is the Voltage company and the brains of the company on the tech side of operations. He is involved. The large holder of unissued shares has been with this since the beginning. Meanwhile, they earned a penny a share in a quarter and the stock is being sold down at less than half a penny. This is ridiculous.
