LOL...hey, ask yourself this- the private investor who just stepped in- you think they are dummies? Any investor who just throws money at a company like Cytodyn ( in bad shape as you claim) does not do any due diligence?
One other thing- they continue to raise capital right? RIGHT?
Just like every other pre revenue biotech. Here's the difference though- Cytodyn will get approvals and they are damn close- find me one other biotech who's so close to the end zone and has no problem raising money. Could it be the private investor who just threw cash at Cytodyn be a BP? Me think so
