The one you mention in that link is a subsidiary of Fengrong Investment Company Limited:

As at the Latest Practicable Date, Mr. Hon was, for the purposes of Part XV of the SFO, interested in 1,750,000 Shares, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr. Hon was also deemed to have an interest in 200,000,000 Shares which were held by Qiangda Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fengrong Investment (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“Fengrong Hong Kong”). Fengrong Hong Kong is wholly owned by Fujian Fengrong Investment Company Limited (“Fujian Fengrong”), which is owned as to approximately 31.5% by Ms. Lu Xiaojun, the spouse of Mr. Hon.
