Read the SEC filings. The SEC and DOJ are clear what they are investigating. When the other shoe drops it will be extremely obvious.

Mincing and parsing of words will not change the facts that SEc and DOJ are investigating CYDY. I agree the words “under investigation” do not appear, but if the company was not being investigated, the SEC filings would not mention it, the SEC filings would not say that there could be unknown financial impact from the investigations and the COB would not mention the investigations on the CC.
