I can tell you that Judge AlBRight just denied defendant attempts to dismiss willful infringement claims made by VPLM. That's triple damages that are now on the table! TRIPLE!!!
The notion that nothing is happening is completely blind to all the progress made. Had VP started in WACO back in 2013, this thing would've been well over by now, BUT we had to deal with monkey woman!
