The contention being that Musk's offer is subject to a lower offer, because spam bots exist. Didn't Mr Musk know that prior to his offer of other people's money to buy a public company whose stock price hasn't budged since IPO? Yes, he's admitted as much, made public statements, and still made an offer. Hairplugs can find any ole excuse to bail, but the real word is that the SEC is not so forgiving.
Mr Musk is no genius. Mr hairplugs got lucky in time, and time is a fickle enemy.
