This man “ The Parent is required to make the transition without debt and further liabilities and will begin the process of divesting debts and assets as required” Is probably a slick way of saying the bond boys want paid so they are taking the assets. Lol. Correct me if I am wrong. Once the bond boys are paid, there is nothing left here. Basically a liquidation.
